Safety always comes first!

We offer a wide range of safety equipment and protective clothing and provide training in its use and treatment.

You can put together your own range of PPE (personal protective equipment), but we will be happy to assist you with this process to ensure that you use the right PPE.

Properly chosen PPE will reduce levels of sick leave and incapacity for work.

It’s also important to check your protective equipment, since certain types are subject to inspection at regular intervals. If in doubt, our safety adviser will be happy to visit to check everything, and a plan will be drawn up based on the noted interval dates for each type of PPE. Employers must determine the dangers on the basis of a risk assessment.
This includes all physical, chemical and biological risk factors relevant to the composition of the PPE range.

Employers are required to make PPE available to their employees free of charge, and are responsible for their maintenance, cleaning and replacement.

They must inform employees properly and give them correct instructions regarding the use of the PPE; we can provide you with information and instruction notes.
Employers must also ensure that employees receive training, which we can provide.
Moreover, they are required to check that the PPE is actually being used correctly.
